Most of my achievements have not been purely visual, but rather in bringing people together, in persuading clients, in making things happen. So you have to tell people stories. If I were to read about another designer, I would like to know: how did this happen? Or: why didn’t that happen? What went wrong? Because you learn more from what went wrong, in your own practice or with other people, than from the glossy results.Erik Spiekermann.
